How do I book?

You may check availability and book online securely book online. If you are uncomfortable with online bookings or have any questions please call us on 07 5545 3455 or email us or use our online form to contact us.

What are your Deposit requirements?

Your credit card details are taken at the time of booking and a deposit of $100.00 per room is charged and the full balance is payable on arrival.

What Credit Cards Do You Accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Debit Cards, but do NOT accept Diners Club or American Express.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

There is no charge made for cancellations prior to 72 hours of booked date. Cancellations within 72 hours will mean the forfeiture of the first night's accommodation rate.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 2:00 pm
Check-out: 10:30 am

Do you have parking?

Yes, under-cover parking is available in front of the B&B.

Can you supply dinner?

Yes, we can offer a wonderful 4 course European style dinner for just $ 62.00 per person. Please note that bookings for dinner are essential at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I bring children?

Sorry, but our premises are not really suitable for children.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, we do not cater for pets.

What is your smoking policy?

Sorry, but we do not allow smoking in the house or on the terrace.

How do I get to Muscatels at Tamborine?

Traveling by car, leave the Gold Coast Motorway at the Oxenford exit (No 57). Follow the Oxenford - Tamborine Road until you reach Eagle Heights. At the first roundabout turn right into Gallery Walk and at the second roundabout turn left into Eagle Heights Road. At the end of Eagle Heights Road turn right into Palm Grove Ave and immediately right again into our driveway.

Can I Purchase A Gift Voucher?

Are there Restaurants and Cafes close by?

Yes many, and most of them are within just 5 minutes drive of your B&B. Please check with us upon your arrival for suggestions and further information on the many restaurants and cafes on Tamborine Mountain.

How far is the Gallery Walk Shopping Precinct from our B&B accommodation?

Very close and very handy. Approximately a 10 min walk or just a few minutes drive away.

Are there any National Parks or Walking Tracks within walking distance of our B&B?

Yes! The Palm Grove section of the Tamborine Mountain National Park is just 50 metres from your B&B.

How do we find the walking tracks on Mount Tamborine?

Mount Tamborine is blessed with a wonderful pristine National Park with a number of very good walking tracks. Upon your arrival we can supply you with a Map with directions and information on all walking tracks. The Palm Grove circuit walking track (2.6km return) is just a few minutes walk from your Muscatels B&B.

What clothing should I bring for my visit to Mount Tamborine?

Whilst it can get warm in the daytime during the summer months of December, January & February on Tamborine Mountain , the evenings can sometimes be cool so it is always wise to bring along a warm jumper and a coat just to be sure. Of course during the winter months of June, July & August, 'mountain weather' dictates that you bring warm clothing.

If you plan to do any walking in the Tamborine Mountain rainforest remember to bring along good sturdy, comfortable shoes.
